Finding a Cure for Childhood Cancer

Cancer is a disease that has touched all of us. Supporting cancer related causes has always been deeply engrained in the philanthropic efforts of Steve Nash Fitness World & Sports Club since being founded in 1959. We have witnessed colleagues, members, family and friends in their courageous battles with cancer. We are committed to seeing everyone win their battle with cancer.

Partnering with the Michael Cuccione Foundation encourages us to pursue our shared goals vigorously. Michael Cuccione imagined a world without childhood cancer. He had the courage and vision to lay the groundwork and raise awareness believing that research holds the key to finding a cure.

Michael raised enough funds to establish two lifetime endowments for young researchers giving the brilliant minds of today the opportunity to train and become the childhood cancer research leaders of tomorrow. From his vision of hope he founded the Michael Cuccione Foundation with a mission of funding childhood cancer research.

Today the Michael Cuccione Foundation continues to be a tremendous leader in advancing that vision through groundbreaking clinical trials, raising over $22 million and growing, partnering with the most dedicated researchers like the Michael Cuccione Childhood Cancer Research program at BC Children’s Hospital and much more.

Michael believed that a cure for cancer could be found in a child and that "One can only do so much, but together we can make a difference!” Please help us keep Michael’s dream alive and support the Michael Cuccione Childhood Cancer Research Program. Let's do it for the children!
